Robert M. Holster joined Varsity Group Board of Directors in 2004. He is Chief Executive Officer of HMS Holdings, a corporation that provides cost containment and reporting services for government healthcare programs. He gained this title in 2003 after relinquishing his role as HMS Holdings Corp. President and Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining HMS, Mr. Holster served in numerous executive positions including President and Chief Executive Officer of HHL Financial Services Inc., Chief Financial Officer of Macmillan, Inc. and Controller of Pfizer Laboratories, a division of Pfizer, Inc.
Mr. Holster holds a B.S. from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from Columbia University |
