As Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Real Estate Operations for Duke, Bob is responsible for all leasing, development, marketing and property operations throughout the Company. Duke’s current portfolio includes 102.6 million square feet of office and industrial properties and 4,500 acres of undeveloped land that can support 64 million square feet of new development.
Over the past seven years, Bob has had individual responsibility for all three of the Company’s regions:
Atlanta (1999-2002)
Chicago (2003-2004)
Indianapolis (2004-2005)
Bob was also previously Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions where he led the Company’s expansion efforts into Chicago and Minneapolis. Further, Bob was instrumental in the July 1999 $1.7 billion merger of Atlanta-based Weeks Corporation into Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Investments.
Before joining Duke in 1997, Bob served as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for The RREEF Funds and was previously with Gerald Hines Interests and Lincoln Property Company. He earned Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees from Stanford University.
Bob resides in Atlanta, GA, with his wife and three school-aged children. |
