Mr. Weisgarber has served as Vice President Accounting and Controller since September 2005. From April 2004 until September 2005, he served as the Vice President Accounting of CES. From October 2003 until April 2004, Mr. Weisgarber served as CFO Partner for Tatum Partners, an executive services and consulting firm. Prior to joining Tatum Partners, Mr. Weisgarber served as Chief Financial Officer of DSI Toys, Inc., a publicly owned manufacturer of toys that has since liquidated pursuant to Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, from March 1999 until October 2003. |
