Robert Price is a Senior Principal with Lockwood Greene. Of particular significance to site selection clients is Mr. Price’s insight gained during his 25+ years of consulting for manufacturing plants, headquarters and back-offices, research facilities, distribution centers and energy projects. This work has included more than 300 new and expanding operations, mergers and acquisitions, and relocations. Mr. Price’s services are highly valued by senior corporate managers and encompass important issues in addition to site selection, including incentives negotiation, site acquisition strategies, labor market assessments, and searches for existing buildings that can be readily adapted for a client’s use. Mr. Price is regularly sought as an expert speaker and trainer by economic development organizations, and for interviews by national publications.
