Mr.Goodwin has extensive experience selling and trading public and private debt and equity securities. Prior to forming Larkspur, Mr. Goodwin worked at Paine Webber, Smith Barney and Drexel Burnham. At Drexel, he became a Partner in the High Yield Bond department as a member of the Private Capital Markets and High Yield Preferred Groups, where he structured, sold and traded private and public securities. Mr. Goodwin’s earlier financial experience included Salomon Brothers and Dean Witter as well as working for International Paper, W.R. Grace and Arthur Andersen & Co. |
