Robert L. Fealy is Chairman of Brivo Systems. He is Chief Financial Officer of Duchossois Industries, Inc., and Managing Director of Duchossois Technology Partners, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage technology-based companies. Fealy serves on the Board of Directors of Churchill Downs, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company, where he chairs the Succession Planning Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee, and he serves on the Boards of Pella Corporation, Aura Communications, and Duchossois Industries, Inc., as well as Duchossois’ affiliates, The Chamberlain Group and AMX Corporation. He is a founding Board member of the Illinois Venture Capital Association and is a Trustee of the University of Cincinnati Foundation. Before joining Duchossois in 1996, Fealy served in several senior roles at Cummins Engine Company, including Vice President of Business Strategy and Treasurer. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
