Director since 2004. Mr. Caulk, 54, was the President and CEO of Spectrum Brands, North America from 2005 to February 2006. He was President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of United Industries Corporation from 2001 through 2005, when United Industries was acquired by Spectrum Brands. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of United Industries from 1999 to 2001. From 1995 to 1999 Mr. Caulk held the positions of President and Executive Vice President of Cloplay Building Products. Mr. Caulk also serves as a director of several corporate and non-profit boards, including Sligh Furniture Company, United Industries Corporation, and the St. Louis Academy of Science. Mr. Caulk is a member of our Compensation Committee. |
