Robert L. Carothers, Jr. practices in the areas of general corporate law, financial institutions regulation, and mergers and acquisitions. He was born in Winfield, Alabama. He earned his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of the Legal Profession. Mr. Carothers graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking in 2004. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2000. He has assisted a regional financial holding company in numerous acquisitions.
