Mr. Callaway represents clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including the development, leasing, purchase, sale and financing of all types of real estate (including office buildings, shopping centers, apartment complexes, industrial projects, hotels, resort developments, golf course communities and residential subdivisions). Formerly, he headed the real estate section of an established Dallas law firm, and from 1989 to 1993, served as Vice President and General Counsel of Brinker International, Inc., one of the largest publicly-held (NYSE) chain restaurant companies in the United States with worldwide operations. In 2000, Mr. Callaway served as Chairman of the Real Property Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association.
