Mr. Beni joined Mezz Cap in July 2002. His primary responsibilities include underwriting loans that are part of Mezz Cap’s structured program and providing program support to each of Mezz Cap’s Stategic Lending Partners. Immediately prior to joining Mezz Cap, Mr. Beni was a Conduit Underwriter for Merrill Lynch’s capital market program. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Beni was an Associate Underwriter in Prudential Mortgage Capital Company’s Newark office. During his nine year tenure with Prudential, he performed underwriting and due diligence on repositioned properties for the interim loan program and was responsible for the development and implementation of PMCC’s pipeline system.
