Robert J. Saltarelli has been our Vice President and Treasurer since July 2005.
Just prior to joining Dresser-Rand he served as Vice President and Treasurer at American Household Inc. (formerly the Sunbeam and Coleman companies) since October 2003. Mr. Saltarelli has 30 years of experience in corporate finance global capital markets risk management and cash/banking treasury functions.
From 1976 to 1990 Mr. Saltarelli performed financial audit planning and treasury roles each with increasing responsibilities at J.C. Penney Company Inc.. Following his time at J.C. Penney Mr. Saltarelli has held a variety of financial leadership positions including: Assistant Treasurer at Melville Corp. from 1990 to 1992; Director of Capital Markets and Director of International Finance at W.R. Grace & Co. from 1992 to 1995; Director of International and Corporate Finance at Tupperware Corporation from 1996 to 1997; Treasurer at Breed Technologies Inc. from 1997 to 1999 and again from 2000 to 2003; and also Vice President and Treasurer at Sunterra Corporation from 1999 to 2000
Mr. Saltarelli obtained a BA in accounting from Seattle University and his MBA from Columbia University New York. He is accredited as a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) passing both exams. |
