Robert J. Feldhake of Aliso Viejo is an attorney in private practice since 1990 and the managing partner in the firm of Feldhake Law Firm, APC, with offices in Costa Mesa.
The firm specializes in the practice of commercial litigation, public agency representation and reformation, civil practice, banking law, insurance, business law and business dispute resolution. A member of the Chicago, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Illinois, California and American bar associations, Mr. Feldhake also is a member of the Education Law Association, the National School Boards Association, the Council of School Attorneys and the Business Trial Lawyers Association.
Prior to formation of his law firm, Mr. Feldhake was personal counsel to the founder of Computerland and also was an attorney with law firms in Chicago and Los Angeles.
Mr. Feldhake was a director of the Pacific National Bank of Newport Beach from 1989 to 1994 and was general counsel from 1990 to 1993 for the bank and its holding company. As a bank director, he served on the audit and senior loan committees.
Mr. Feldhake also has been active in a number of other California corporate and civic boards, including: Check Site Inc, eFunds, The Huntington Company, Merchant House, National Debate Tournament Board of Trustees, Platt College, Talicor Inc. and 9 Alarm 1 Security Corporation. He has served on the boards of Excel Communications of Colorado and Business Controls Inc. of Colorado. He also is a member of the board of Captive Insurance for Public Agencies of Hawaii.
Mr. Feldhake is a cum laude graduate of Augustana College of Illinois with bachelor’s degrees in political science, history and communications. He graduated with honors with a juris doctor from DePaul University College of Law.
