Mr. Turner is an attorney with over 30 years experience related to corporate and government finance. He is a Vice-Chairman and Partner with Fraser Milner Casgrain, LLP, a national Canadian law firm of more than 500 attorneys. Mr. Turner practices in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial section in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Mr. Turner is a director, Corporate Secretary, and General Counsel to Millar Western Forest Products Ltd., an SEC registrant company. His experience also includes several years of counsel to a large gas and electric utility. Mr. Turner’s other professional activities include director on a number of Canadian corporations, special advisor to and Corporate Secretary of Economic Development Edmonton, director KSPS Spokane (WA) Public Television, governor University of Lethbridge, director EPCOR Preferred Equity Inc., and numerous positions with various sporting organizations and the arts.
