Robert J. Gorzelany is Counsel in Seward & Kissel’s Real Estate Group. He joined the Firm in 1999.
Mr. Gorzelany's practice concentrates on commercial leasing in New York City and other major cities in the U.S. In addition, Mr. Gorzelany has a wide range of experience in all other aspects of transactional real estate and advises clients in respect of real estate joint ventures, acquisition/disposition, finance and development/construction.
Mr. Gorzelany received his J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1997 and his B.A. degree in English from Williams College in 1992. Mr. Gorzelany is admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars. |
