Mr. Flanagan is Executive Vice President of Clark Enterprises, Inc. (Clark), one of the largest privately-held construction companies in the country. Prior to joining Clark, Mr. Flanagan was Treasurer, Secretary and member of the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Orioles, Inc. and was also employed as a member of Arthur Andersen’s audit division in the Washington, D. C. office. Certified as a public accountant in Washington, D. C., Mr. Flanagan received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in taxation from the American University School of Business. Mr. Flanagan has been a Director of Martek since April 2002 and in June of 2007 was elected Chairman of Martek’s Board of Directors. His term expires in 2009. |
