Robert J. Finocchio, Jr. has served as one of our directors since January 2002 and has been a dean executive professor at Santa Clara University, Leavey School of Business since September 2000. Prior to joining us, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Informix Corporation, an information management software company, from July 1997 to July 1999 and Chairman of Informix from July 1997 to September 2000. From December 1988 to May 1997, Mr. Finocchio was employed by 3COM Corporation, a global data networking company, where he held various positions, most recently serving as President, 3COM Systems. Mr. Finocchio also serves as a director of Echelon Corporation, Latitude Communications, Inc., and Turnstone Systems, Inc. |
