In February 2005, the Assured Pharmacy Board of Directors appointed Mr. DelVecchio to serve as Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed Assured Pharmacy's Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors in March 2005. Mr. DelVecchio concurrently serves as the CEO, CFO and Board member of Assured Pharmacy, Inc. Since 1995, Mr. DelVecchio has acted as CEO and President of Brockington Securities, Inc., a broker-dealer who is a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers. |
