Mr. Cooper received his J.D. and Masters of Real Estate Development degrees in 2004 from the University of Southern California. At the University of Southern California School of Law, he was a teaching and research assistant in the real estate transactions and finance departments. In addition, he participated in USC’s Hale Moot Court Honors Program. In 2001, he received his bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University, where he majored in finance.
Mr. Cooper was admitted to practice law in 2004 by the State Bar of California.
