Mr. Clanin has been a member of Caraustar's board since May 2001. He is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Clanin previously served on the company’s Compensation and Employee Benefits Committee. Mr. Clanin served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of United Parcel Service from 1994 until his retirement in January 2001. He also serves as a director of JetBlue Airways Corporation. |
