Director. From 2002 to 2005 Mr. Kriebel was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Neose Technologies Inc. a biopharmaceutical company. From 1991 through 1999 he held various positions at U.S. Bioscience Inc. most recently as Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer and Director. Prior to U.S. Bioscience Mr. Kriebel held various positions with Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Inc. (formerly Rorer Group Inc.) from 1974 until November 1990. From 1987 to November 1990 he was Vice President and Controller of Armour Pharmaceutical Company a subsidiary of Rorer Group Inc. In 1986 Mr. Kriebel was Vice President-Investor Relations of Rorer Group Inc. and from 1979 to 1985 he was Treasurer of Rorer Group Inc. Mr. Kriebel has a B.S. in economics from Roanoke College.
