Robert H. Young (59) President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 1995. Mr. Young serves as Chair, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Connecticut Valley Electric Company Inc., CVPS - East Barnet Hydroelectric, Inc., Catamount Resources Corporation, Custom Investment Corporation, and Eversant Corporation, Central Vermont subsidiaries. Mr. Young also serves as Chair of Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation and The Home Service Store, Inc., an affiliate of Central Vermont's wholly owned subsidiary, Eversant Corporation, and as a Director of Vermont Electric Power Company, Inc. and Vermont Electric Transmission Company, Inc., Central Vermont affiliates. He also serves as a Director of The Chittenden Bank. |
