Bob Wombles joined Koppers in 1997 as Vice President, Technology. In that capacity he is responsible for Koppers engineering, technical service, and product development activities. Previously he was Vice President of Research, Applications and Development for Ashland Petroleum Company. He holds a BS in mathematics from Georgetown College in Georgetown, Ky. and a MS in chemistry from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn. He is the author of several technical publications and holds ten U.S. patents in the area of hydrocarbon processing. |
