Robert H. Friedman has served as the Company's Secretary since May 2004. Mr. Friedman has been a partner with Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky LLP, a New York City law firm, since August 1992. Prior to that time and since September 1983 he was associated with Cahill Gordon & Reindel, also a New York City law firm. Mr. Friedman specializes in corporate and securities law matters. Mr. Friedman received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Rutgers University, and has been on the faculty of the Practicing Law Institute since August 2000. Mr. Friedman became a director of the Company in July 2005. |
