(oil field service company) from 1994 to 1995, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bow Valley Energy Inc. (oil and gas exploration and development company) from 1992 to 1994 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Asamera Inc. (oil and gas exploration and development company) from 1976 to 1988.
