Rob Reedy is a partner in the corporate and securities section of Porter & Hedges and is involved in a wide variety of corporate, securities and merger/acquisition transactions. He has been selected as a "Texas Super Lawyer" in Securities/Corporate Finance Law in surveys conducted by Texas Monthly since 2003. Rob's practice focuses on public companies and emerging privately held entities that are building their business through acquisitions and financings such as public offerings and private placements.
