Robert F. Bailey, Director
Bob Bailey joined Teton’s Board in July 2006 and serves as a member on the Company’s Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Bailey currently serves as President of R.F. Bailey Investments, an acquisitions and investment management vehicle and serves as a partner in B&F Exodus, Ltd., a private investment partnership. Mr. Bailey also serves as an Advisory Director at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. From 1994 until 2006, he served as Director for Cabot Oil and Gas Corporation, a NYSE listed company. From 1992 until 2002, Mr. Bailey was President and Chief Executive Officer of TransRepublic Resources a private oil and gas exploration firm located in Midland, Texas. Mr. Bailey is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. |
