Mr. Parsley practices in the area of general civil litigation, with particular concentration in commercial, construction and insurance litigation and appellate practice. Before joining Miller & Martin, he served as judicial clerk to the Hon. Frank F. Drowota III, Chief Justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Mr. Parsley has won several writing awards, including the 2004 Burton Award for Legal Achievement, which recognized his article on Tennessee's tax structure as one of the ten best law-student articles published in the United States. He currently serves as a Managing Editor for Proof: The Journal of the Trial Evidence Committee, a quarterly publication by the Trial Evidence Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Litigation.
