Bob is a business lawyer who focuses on: Corporate finance transactions Mergers and acquisitions Securities law General business In his corporate finance practice, he represents investors and issuers in capital raising activities. These range from equity investments to mezzanine lending and senior bank financing. Bob also represents private equity funds in their formation, investments and liquidation. In his merger and acquisition practice, he works with buyers and sellers on stock, asset and merger transactions in industries including manufacturing, financial services, retail, medical devices and services and telecommunications. In his securities law practice, Bob represents public and private companies in capital raising transactions and on-going securities compliance matters. He also represents underwriters, placement agents and investors in public and private securities offerings. Bob also serves as general counsel to a variety of companies, particularly in the emerging growth, investment advisor, manufacturing and business services sectors. Before attending law school, Bob was a commercial banking officer.
