Professional Experience Bob has over 30 years of experience in public and private accountin and has extensive experience and broad knowledge of federal, state, local and international taxation. Bob directly assists clients and supervises our tax professional staff in providing tax preparation and planning services. He routinely assists clients with complex tax situations requiring in-depth research in order to determine the most favorable tax treatment and has also represented our clients in IRS audits and Pennsylvania tax petitions. Bob has significant experience with mergers and acquisitions and is responsible for tracking the law changes that may affect our clients.
