Experience - Currently Chairman, President and CEO of BMHC, a financial holding company that invests in the residential construction industry, is a distributor of building materials, a manufacturer of building components and frames homes for production homebuilders nationwide. Mr. Mellor was formerly executive vice president and a director of DiGiorgio Corporation and of counsel in the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He received a BA from Westminster College and a JD from the Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Texas.
