Robert E. Cribbs Vice President and Treasurer, joined JLG in October 1999 as Director of Treasury Services with responsibility for the Company's treasury and corporate financing activities. He has more than 20 years of financial and treasury experience. Prior to joining JLG, Mr. Cribbs held various finance positions with Mitsubishi Motor Manufacturing of America for 11 years and with Caterpillar for 15 years. Mr. Cribbs holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in production management and an MBA in finance from Ohio State University. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Cribbs has served on numerous boards in Illinois, most notably as Chairman of the Board for both Credit Union 1 and the Occupational Development Center. |
