Real Estate
Robert E. Chritton is a member of the Corporate, Real Estate and Tax Practice Groups in the Madison Office. Robert's practice has an emphasis on business mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation, shareholder agreements and corporate reorganizations. He advises clients on a wide variety of tax matters, represents borrowers and lenders in commercial loan transactions, and handles many types of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, construction and land development. Robert received his business administration degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin in 1974 and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1977 as a member of the Order of the Coif.
