Robert D. Wagner, Jr. brings over 35 years of experience in investment and commercial banking, originating and executing financial arrangements across all finance products bank, bond, equity and M&A. For the past 27 years, Bob has focused on the oil and gas businesses, specifically, exploration and production, refining, natural gas midstream, and oilfield service and supply. Bob was a Managing Director with deal origination and execution responsibilities at Arthur Andersen, Bankers Trust/BT Alex. Brown, and First City Houston over this period and had additional responsibilities in equity research and in loan workouts for certain periods of time as well. He has a Masters Degree in Finance from New York University and was an infantry platoon leader in the USMC, prior to beginning his career in finance. |
