Professional Experience
Mr. Pontelle is an associate with the firmīs Land Use Group, which provides an array of legal services regarding the development of real property. His practice encompasses every facet of the entitlement process, from pre-acquisition due diligence to permitting and litigation, including litigation under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Prior to joining Weston Benshoof, Mr. Pontelle practiced land use and municipal law with a private law firm, representing both public entities and private developers.
