Robert D. Graham has served as vice president, general counsel and secretary of us and Kronos Worldwide since 2003, executive vice president of TIMET since February 2006 and vice president of TIMET from 2004 to 2006 and vice president of Valhi and Contran since 2002. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Graham served as an executive officer, and later as executive vice president and general counsel of Software Spectrum, Inc. From 1985 to 1997, Mr. Graham was a partner in the law firm of Locke Purnell Rain Harrell (A Professional Corporation), a predecessor to Locke Liddell & Sapp LLP. |
