Robert C. King is President of PBG North America, a position to which he was appointed in December 2006. In this role, Mr. King oversees PBG ’s businesses in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to being named to his current position, Mr. King served as President of PBG North American Field Operations.
Mr. King joined Pepsi-Cola North America in 1989 as a Business Development Manager. He continued to increase his sales management experience through various roles and, in 1994, he was promoted to Vice President, Customer Development. In 1996, Mr. King was named General Manager for the New Jersey Market Unit, a position he held until he joined the headquarters staff as Vice President, On-Premise Sales in 1998. A year later, he was appointed Vice President, National Sales and Field Marketing, and in 2001, he was named Senior Vice President, National Sales and Field Marketing for PBG . Mr. King was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager for PBG ’s Mid-Atlantic Business Unit in October 2002.
Prior to his tenure with Pepsi, Mr. King was a Manager for the Western Region at Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Fairfield University. |
