Robert C. Gabrielski, a member of the firm, devotes his practice to business transactions, e-commerce and taxation. Bob has twenty years of experience in advising business and technology-oriented clients on such issues as business and tax planning, corporate acquisitions and reorganizations and licensing, development, distribution and supply agreements, both in the United States and internationally.
Bob also counsels existing and start-up Internet companies, website developers and technology development and consulting companies. He regularly structures and negotiates technology license and development, corporate partnering, and distribution and consulting service agreements. Additionally, Bob advises the firm’s clients with respect to the development of profit and equity-sharing plans used to create incentives for the employees and management of start-up and growing technology companies. |
