Mr. Wallach has been with Infocrossing since 1992 when he was appointed to the Company's Board of Directors. In June 1995, Mr. Wallach joined Infocrossing's management team, and was President from May 1996 until June 2000, and from November 2001 until April 2, 2004. Mr. Wallach also served as Chief Operating Officer from April 2001 until April 2004. On April 2, 2004, Mr. Wallach was promoted to the position of Vice Chairman upon the close of the acquisition of Systems Management Specialists. Prior to joining Infocrossing's management team, Mr. Wallach was the founder of Horizon Associates, a merger and acquisition firm specializing in the information technology industry where he participated in more than 20 transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Wallach was President of the Strategic Information Services Group at Ziff-Davis Corp, a provider of information to the financial services industry. Mr. Wallach has also served in senior management positions with Informatics General Corporation and Boeing Computer Services. |
