Mr. Steele joined Polycom in April of 2001 as Vice President Manufacturing. In this role he is responsible for all aspects of worldwide manufacturing including new product introduction, manufacturing test and process technology development, supply chain management, product manufacturing, procurement, product fulfillment and logistics. Mr. Steele is also responsible for Polycom's sales order management function.
Prior to joining Polycom Mr. Steele was Vice President Supply Base Management at iLogistix. He also held a variety of senior positions at Digital Equipment Corporation in their Personal Computer Systems Group, High Performance Systems Group and Terminal Manufacturing Group.
Mr. Steele received an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and a BS in Business Administration from Salem State College, Salem, MA. |
