Robert B. Hartnett, Jr. - Mr. Hartnett has served as a director of the Company since May 2002. Currently, he is a private investor. From April 2002 until August 2004, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Ridge Networks, a privately held Internet security company. Mr. Hartnett was President of Business Markets at Worldcom and Chief Executive Officer of UUNET from July 2000 until April 2001. Previously, Mr. Hartnett was President of global accounts at MCI Worldcom from August 1998 to June 2000. Prior to its merger with Worldcom in 1998, Mr. Hartnett was President of business sales and service at MCI Communications. |
