Robert A. Babbush is the Company's Vice President of Corporate Administration and was elected Assistant Secretary on April 14, 2003. Mr. Babbush is responsible for the Human Resources and Facilities functions, in addition to his involvement in operational and strategic issues. Previously, he served as Vice President of Administration and Corporate Secretary for VisiCom. Mr. Babbush has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics from UC Santa Barbara, and an MBA in International Business Management from San Diego State University. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix. |
