Robert Stewart concentrates his practice in the areas of probate, estate planning, and estate and trust litigation. Mr. Stewart joined SCB after many years at the Seattle law firm of Bogle and Gates.

Bob’s approach to client service is grounded in his belief that a good lawyer must be both counselor and advocate. An attorney’s first responsibility is to provide a realistic assessment of the situation and wise counsel about the likely outcome. Once the client decides to move forward, the attorney becomes a totally committed advocate.
