Robert Bob Mohr is the Chairman and CEO of Mohr Partners, Inc., one of the country’s largest Corporate Services Real Estate firms in the United States with 16 national offices and over 180 associates. Mohr Partners is a leader in managing all aspects of commercial real estate portfolios for corporate users Mohr provides web based software, strategic planning, economic development assistance, construction management and financing in addition to full transaction and brokerage services. The firm completes over 2,000 commercial real estate transactions per year exclusively on behalf of corporations, totaling over nearly a billion dollars annually. Bob is also the founder of Corporate Capital & Development (CCD), a specialized corporate real estate group that provides corporate users a single source, custom solution for capital, development and transaction needs. CCD assists clients whether they have a firm plan or need help in developing the plan itself to reach their goals with predictable results and confidence. Services include development, acquisition, and various financing services as well as strategic and asset management programs from 170,000 sf office requirements to 400,000 sf industrial sites. With a B.S. from Indiana University, Bob also earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Evansville while employed by Norton Company, a billion-dollar manufacturer of industrial products. After Norton, Bob relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he was a partner in a real estate development company. The perspective Bob gained from the owner’s side of the negotiating table encouraged him to launch Mohr Partners for the exclusive benefit of corporate clients only. In times when others may have chosen to be all things to all people, Bob expanded and enhanced Mohr Partners’ exclusive commitment to the corporate user. He has proven himself to be an innovator in Mohr’s full service offerings. This loyalty to only corporate users has allowed Bob and the firm to conduct negotiations in the client’s best interests while continuously implementing the latest technology and the highest quality of service available throughout the country. For the last seven years, the Dallas Business Journal has recognized him as one of the top national commercial real estate providers. This consistent, exemplary performance was rewarded in 1997 and again in 2001 with Bob receiving the top office Real Estate Provider award.
