Mr. Mascioli is a shareholder of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Business and Securities practice areas. His practice focuses on the counseling of entrepreneurs, early and growth stage companies and mid-market businesses in the areas of corporate transactions, merger and acquisitions, securities law and technology licensing. His experience includes advising, negotiating, drafting and closing transactions and agreements, including: buy-side acquisitions for NYSE listed companies; license agreements, equity documents and company formation in connection with technology licensing and financing transactions involving inventors, institutions of higher learning, research institutions, and emerging and mature technology companies; contractual and structural joint ventures; employment and separation agreements, representing both employers and employees; and private placements of equity, debt and convertible securities for privately held and publicly traded companies.Mr. Mascioli's clients include entrepreneurs and businesses in the software and services, industrial distribution, venture capital, healthcare, medical devices, engineering and information technology industries. Prior to joing the firm, Mr. Mascioli spent two years as the Director of the Laurence A. Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship in the Technology at Drexel University, and one year in the Technology Investment Banking group at Legg Mason Wood Walker. |
