Mr. Engel has been a director since May 1999 and was reelected at the 2003 annual meeting of shareholders. Since June 2005, Mr. Engel has been a Managing Director and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions of Wachovia Securities, which is the trade name for the corporate, investment banking, capital markets and securities research businesses of Wachovia Corporation and certain of its subsidiaries and affiliates. From 1999 to June 2005, Mr. Engel was a Managing Director and Partner of Gleacher Partners LLC, a financial advisory and investment banking firm. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Engel was the Managing Director-Head of Mergers and Acquisitions of Gleacher NatWest Inc., a predecessor firm. From 1986 to 1995, he worked in various capacities at the investment banking firms of Gleacher & Co., Inc., C. J. Lawrence, Morgan Grenfell, Inc. and Morgan Grenfell & Co. Ltd. |
