Robert A. Damon is President, North America for Korn/Ferry International and a member of the firm’s global operating committee. Based in the firm’s Los Angeles headquarters, he is responsible for overseeing Korn/Ferry’s North America region, which encompasses 23 offices. Previously, Mr. Damon was with Spencer Stuart, where he was a vice chairman of the firm’s U.S. operations and managing director of the West Coast operations. Mr. Damon has more than 25 years of experience in executive searches for CEO, COO, president, board director and general management positions, as well as management searches in the functional areas of marketing and sales, finance, manufacturing, operations and strategic planning. His successful CEO placements include Burger King, Levi Strauss, Oakley, Borders Group, Inc, Commissioner of the National Football League, Seven for All Mankind, U.S. Olympic Committee, Blockbuster Video, Sunkist, Commissioner of the National Hockey League, and Westin Hotels. Mr. Damon holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Purdue University in industrial management. |
