Rob joined Pierce Atwood in 2005 and is a member of the State and Local Tax practice group. Rob is also a member of the Energy Group, and has been involved with several proceedings before the Maine Public Utilities Commission involving the sale and distribution of electricity and natural gas. He has also assisted with proceedings before the federal courts and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission involving long-term power contracts. Rob has conducted extensive research on regulation of the energy sector in the U.S. and several European nations. Previously, Rob worked as a Site Manager for the Society for the Preservation of New England Antiquities in Boston, where he supervised the operation of six historic house museums in southern Maine. Prior to that, Rob worked at the Higgins Armory Museum in Worcester as a manager, teacher and interpreter. |
