Rob Weber has focused his career around starting and building emerging growth technology businesses. He was formerly a founder and Managing Director of Antiphony, a management consulting firm that helps companies create sustainable value through innovation. He also served as Lecturer and Senior Fellow for the Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to Antiphony, Mr. Weber was Interim President of knoa, a venture-backed elearning technology company. Prior to knoa, he served as President of electronic connector manufacturer Elastomeric Technologies, Inc starting in 1990. After five years of sustained growth, he sold the firm to Tyco International (Formerly Augat Corp). In 1984 Mr. Weber became an early team member and served as Marketing Director for ENSONIQ Corp. He started his career in venture capital with the investment banking firm Howard, Lawson & Company. Mr. Weber has also co-founded two angel-venture firms. He holds a BSE from the Wharton School and a BAS from the Engineering School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
