Rob Warshauer is a managing director at Kroll Zolfo Cooper with more than 20 years of professional experience. He is an experienced financial executive who has successfully worked with a significant number of public and private companies in a wide range of industries. He has advised boards of directors, management teams and creditor groups on all aspects of corporate reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions, capital sourcings, and strategic and operational matters.
Professional Experience
Rob has provided corporate restructuring, financial advisory and merger & acquisition services to companies and creditor constituencies in many large, complicated and high profile situations, across many industries including airlines, retail, manufacturing, distribution, technology and telecommunications. He has assisted management teams in the development of short and long-term operational and financial strategies, including business plans and cash flow projections for lending institutions, hedge funds and bondholder groups. Rob is currently serving as CEO of Shred-it International.
A sample of Rob’s experience includes working with Allied Federated Stores, Apple Computer, Broadwing, Bugle Boy, Carmike Cinemas, Drexel Burnham Lambert, Esprit D’Corp., Flooring America, Hawaiian Airlines, Independence Air, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, McCrory, Pacific Crossing, PSINet, Southern States, Spirit Airlines, Sunbelt Nurseries, United Artists Theatres and USAirways.
Most recently Rob has served as the president and member of the board of directors of Lighting Science Group Corporation, an advanced technology lighting company. Previously he was a managing director and a member of the board of directors of Giuliani Capital Advisors and senior managing director and a member of the board of directors of Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.
