Mr. Lally has served as Vice President, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs since October, 2006. From 1998 to 2006, he held Director positions at numerous Johnson and Johnson companies with respective responsibility for Compliance, Clinical Affairs, Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Prior to 1998, he served as Head of the Medical Device sector at British Standards Institution, a leading UK-based device Notified Body, as a senior consultant at Quintiles, a global quality and regulatory consulting firm, and as General Manager of AMTAC Laboratories, a UK Notified Body.
Mr. Lally earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Manchester Polytechnic, Manchester, England, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Liverpool Polytechnic, Liverpool, England.
